Director & Founder
I founded T S Projects having worked across residential development from both sides — as a developer taking projects through from land acquisition to completion, and as a project manager delivering builds on behalf of clients. That experience gives me a clear picture of what can go wrong and how to make sure it doesn't.
What sets T S Projects apart is who I work for. I am appointed by and report to the owner — not the builder, not the architect, not the subcontractors. While I work professionally with all parties on site, my primary duty is to the person paying for the project. That means your interests are front and centre at every decision point.

Both homes feature architectural concrete façades, high stud ceilings, and open-plan living anchored by porcelain island benchtops. North-east facing balconies and ground floor master suites opening to private timber decks and landscaped courtyards.
